If you're working on adding muscle in the lower body, you have two options: 1 – Light weight training. (If you're doing the Kettlebell Swing on a weight that's just right for your form) Or, if you're building muscle from both the upper and lower bodies together, then you should start doing some heavy work towards building big muscle in just those areas. The first thing to do is decide on a variety training program for the entire body you're taking in.
